Old School Romance Read Along : Harlequin Presents
So. It appears I’ve been missing out on an entire romance chapter my whole life.
I came to romance on the late and never read an old school Harlequin, Mills and Boons or whatever your source of romance was decades ago.
My friend Geri from Dirty Girl Romance Book Blog, fortunately read her fair share in her teenage years (it helped she stumbled upon her aunt’s hidden stash of romance when she was 12) and could recommend a few to me. In May, we’re going OLD SCHOOL!

I thought I’d propose you guys something fun, if you enjoy your old school Harlequins, or just want to hop on and partake in a buddy read of sorts!
-For the entire month of May, each week, I’ll be proposing 2 books from Geri‘s favorites. On my facebook page we”ll vote for the one we want to read the most by leaving a comment.
– On April 28th to May 3rd, we live-read (read-along, buddy read) the book with the most votes (“live reading” means you come by the thread, and comment as you read along, starting each comment with the percentage/page number you’re at —EX : @25% : I can’t believe she could do this to him!—)
